SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
Once your order has been placed online, you will receive an automatic email immediately confirming your order. This is your receipt and should be retained for your records. The email will contain your order number at the top, a detailed list of the items ordered, as well as the shipping and billing details as provided by you at checkout. Please review it carefully and notify us immediately if you notice any discrepancies. If you do not receive this email, please contact us as soon as possible.
SHIPPING COSTS
For all orders within South Africa, we offer a flat-rate shipping fee of R110.
Delivery is free on online orders of R1500 or more.
Please note that collection is also available at the BIBS - Blessed In Bible Scripture HQ.
Courier lead times may vary depending on your location within South Africa.
DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to process and ship all orders promptly—usually within 1–6 business days after payment has cleared in our bank account (excluding weekends and South African public holidays).
We often ship sooner than the stated timeframe, but please contact us immediately if you notice any discrepancies on your order form to avoid delays.
SHIPPING DELAYS
While we strive to ensure all packages arrive on time (or earlier), certain circumstances may be beyond our control—such as weather disruptions, courier delays, delivery errors, or supply issues.
As we manufacture our own products, larger orders may require extra production time. If your order takes longer than the 1–6 business days, we’ll do our best to keep you updated and informed of any expected delays.
FAILED DELIVERY
If you have any special delivery instructions or timing requirements, please let BIBS - Blessed In Bible Scripture know when placing your order (within regular office hours / business days / delivery areas).
If the courier is unable to complete delivery due to an incorrect address, or if no one is available to receive the parcel, BIBS - Blessed In Bible Scripture reserves the right to charge a re-delivery fee (equal to or less than our standard R110 fee) to cover the cost of a second delivery attempt.
